so classical singer After finishing her studies in the 2019 Lucia was introduced as a young professional at The Copenhagen Opera Festival in a collaboration between opera singers and Danish rappers OPERAP in Tivoli and taking a part in a masterclass with a well known vocal coach Gregory Lamar. She is currently employed by the Royal Danish Opera House in the opera chorus, where she regularly sings smaller roles and solo ensembles. With her female vocal trio “Les voix” she sings favourite opera trios, duets and arias at various concerts and festivals around Denmark. Besides singing opera, she enjoys singing in churches in small acapella ensembles (she was employed by Grundtvig’s Kirke 2017 - 2019) and organising intimate song cycle concerts focusing on slavic composers. She is interested in exploring various forms of expression and acting skills which brought her to Copenhagen impro scene. Read about her group Troubadours21 here. Lucia was a member of the prestigious Schleswig Holstein Music Festival Choir, which selects young aspiring professionals from around the world for choral concert activities and is currently assisting in the DR choir if her schedule allows it. I am a slovak mezzosoprano based in Copenhagen, Denmark. After finishing my studies at the Royal Danish Academy of Music I became a member of the Royal Danish Opera Chorus and I freelance as a solo and ansamble singer, always finding possibilities to grow as a singer and artist. As a soloist I have performed e.g. at the Copnehagen Opera Festival 2018, Tivoli Concert Hall performing The Magic Flute or at the Royal Danish Opera House singing solo chorus parts. I enjoy small intimate concerts, where I can have direct contact with the audience. I have organised and performed concerts of slovak and czech music in Copenhagen to share heritage of our composers while searching for the music that affects me the most directly as to be able to communicate on a personal level. My curiosity has led me to Copenhagen impro and experimental scene which triggers creativity.
